Great Place To Work Certification recognises employers who create outstanding employee experience. Scores are determined based on employee feedback and independent analysis. 80% of all employees at Olam Agri in the U.S. who were surveyed said that the company was a great place to work – this is 23 points higher than the average U.S. company.
In the Great Place To Work® survey, 92% of the participants reported feeling comfortable bringing their whole selves to work and being treated fairly regardless of their race or gender. Additionally, 87% expressed appreciation for our special events and agreed that they are given the necessary resources and equipment to effectively perform their jobs.
