Our Future Trader Programme is an exciting opportunity to shape your career. Our 12-month programme offers a blend of structured training and on-the-job learning, supported by inspiring senior leaders. During the programme, you’ll immerse yourself in the business, gaining deep insights into what drives Olam Agri followed by a range of interesting assignments and rotations within the business area where you’ll be placed.
