Promoting a Healthy Work Culture in Cameroon
In line with Olam Agri’s effort to improve workforce nutritional outcomes for all employees which supports their well-being as well as productivity at work, we have recently launched the ‘’MY HEALTHY DAY AT WORK‘’ programme in Cameroon on 8 August 2023.
This programme was implemented across several locations, including our head office in Cameroon, rice warehouses, and flour mill in Bekoko. Health experts were invited to offer nutrition-focused health checks and nutrition education for all employees. Employees were also given advice on healthy eating, Nutri-DNA, and received free anthropometric consultation by a certified nutritionist.
It is our priority to ensure that all employees are strong and healthy, physically and psychologically. These programmes were designed in collaboration with our sustainability team to ensure that all our employees have access to nutritional programmes and receive regular health checks aimed at promoting a healthier lifestyle.
