Our aspiration is to create access to health and nutrition for the millions of people we reach.

The trust and support of the communities where we work and operate is essential. We provide employment opportunities, contribute to economic prosperity, and provide essential support to local communities.

We do so through a range of community initiatives, such as our partnership with Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) and BoPinc, as well as Côte d’Ivoire’s National Nutrition Programme (PNN). Additionally, we provide in-kind and financial support to strengthen local infrastructure, as well as access to nutrition, healthcare, and education.

Helping farmers and their families towards better health and nutrition builds stronger and more prosperous communities. Our initiatives in Peru help improve community well-being, prevent infectious diseases and provide access to good nutrition.

Food Fortification for Communities

Food insecurity has been compounded by the ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on farming communities and the rising costs of staple foods. We provide nutrition and health support for our employees and community members across the world. Our community initiatives support access to nutrition, especially for urban consumers in Africa.

In partnership with Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) and BoPinc, we developed a nutrition training handbook to support community-based nutrition education on essential food groups, dietary diversity and adult and infant nutrition.

In partnership with Côte d’Ivoire’s National Nutrition Programme (PNN), we raise awareness on the importance of breastfeeding for more than 200 people in rubber-producing communities.
