Managing Waste & Water

<span class='p2'><span class='txt-orange'>Our biomass cogeneration plant in the Republic of Congo has a capacity of 4.1 MW</span> and uses wood waste from sawmills as fuel saving around 7 million litres or diesel each year.</span>

Regenerative Agriculture

<span class='p2'><span class='txt-orange'>In Togo we run a “train-the-trainer” programme</span> to teach Biochar and Bokashi techniques to cotton growers empowering local communities.</span>

<span class='p2'>Good Agriculture starts with healthy soil. We’re adopting regenerative principles like minimal soil disturbance, cover crops, living roots, organic inputs, diverse farms, and crop-livestock synergies. Across our value chain, we support farmers to take on these techniques - boosting yields, improving soil health, and building resilience to climate change. </span>

Protecting Ecosystems

<span class='p2'><span class='txt-orange'>All of our palm oil is traceable to mill,</span> and 100% of our soy is deforestation- and conversion-free in priority biomes, reinforcing confidence that our products are responsibly produced.</span>

<span class='p2'>We’re protecting ecosystems through conservation, reforestation, and traceability. Our efforts focus on sensitive landscapes near our operations and commodities with higher deforestation or compliance risks, such as soy, palm, and rubber. </span>
