We’re one of the leading global agri-businesses with 35 years’ experience procuring and exporting commodities in Nigeria.
We generate tens of thousands of indirect jobs through our network of farmers, suppliers, wholesalers, local buying agents and service providers. Today, we have over 3,500 employees, 19 processing facilities and work with 100,000 smallholder farmers across Nigeria. In addition to our internal sourcing and markets, we also have significant import and export operations.
Our operations in Nigeria range from rice farming, grain milling and food processing to the distribution of branded edible oil, flour, pasta and semolina. We also trade key commodities such as sesame and cotton, produce animal feed and day‑old chicks, and manage end‑to‑end logistics through our fleet management arm. Together, this diverse portfolio strengthens farmer livelihoods, improves nutrition and food security, and supports greater self‑sufficiency across the country.

We have a milling capacity of 200,000mts that produces for local markets under brands such as Mama’s Pride and Mama’s Choice.
We support an Outgrower Programme for local rice-growing communities, offering training, pre-finance, fertiliser, and seeds to improve paddy yields.

We engaged with over 35,000 farmers through our Rice Outgrower Programme. We help them to improve their yields and therefore their livelihoods.
This investment is in line with the Government’s Agricultural Transformation Agenda to produce rice for the domestic market to boost self-sufficiency. Over the years, the programme has received recognition as a catalyst for innovation and for creating positive impact.

Strategically located, the facility supports the animal feed segment, creating significant direct and indirect employment, and improves livelihoods by sourcing soybeans locally from more than 300,000 smallholder farmers.
