<h4>Consumer Insights to Help Customers Succeed</h4>

<span class="p2">Our product development team works closely with bakeries to develop and test products,&nbsp;in order to tailor-make products that meet customers’ specific requirements. Our consumer insights team analyse and interpret data to help customers make informed decisions as products are being developed. This research enables us to help understand what consumers need, and crucially, why they feel this way.</span>

<h4>Food Safety</h4>

<span class="p2">We’re committed to the highest food quality and safety standards and in 2021 achieved the Food Safety Standard Certification (FSSC) 22000. The standard ensures that its range of products, that include leading brands Mama Gold Flour, Crown Premium Pasta and Supreme Semolina, comply with the stringent requirements of the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and those of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).</span>
