Previous editions of the ‘Big Bake Initiative’ have positively impacted over 400 children and youth across the country and about 50 women have begun receiving practical, hands-on training in bakery, with plans to extend support to community members in the coming months.

This approach aligns closely with Olam Agri’s and its collaborator’s common mission of empowering individuals by providing practical skills, confidence, and opportunities that foster economic independence and community growth. During the latest programme, baked products were shared among over 100 children and attendees who participated.
