C.F. Martin Guitar Donations Bring Joy to Music School
C.F. Martin & Company, a leading musical instrument manufacturer and longtime partner of Olam Agri’s Wood Business - Congolaise Indusrielle des Bois (CIB), has donated acoustic guitars to Congolaise Industrielle des Bois (CIB) in support of Sangha Music School, located on our Pokola concession. This cultural initiative brings the joy of guitar playing to all ages.
Rostand Okalangoye, a passionate guitar enthusiast and teacher, has led Sangha Music School since its establishment in 2020, teaching and inspiring a diverse group of 30 students aged 13 to 58. Their progress is heartwarming, and the impact goes beyond music.
With the new guitars, Sangha Music can welcome even more aspiring musicians and continue positively impacting the Pokola community. Let’s celebrate this excellent collaboration, harmonising education, culture, and society.
