Gouassou, meaning "bonus" in the local language, has been one of our flagship farmer recognition programmes since its launch in 2017. A key part of our sustainable rubber strategy, it rewards top performance in quality, consistency and volume of natural rubber delivered, takes place twice a year, and creates lasting social impact for farming communities through education, capacity building and livelihood support.

A lasting commitment to farming communities
