Fortifying Rice
As a pioneer in food fortification, we’re committed to enhancing public health outcomes by adhering to policy mandates for fortifying staple foods. Our rice brands significantly contribute to reducing nutritional deficiencies across the country. Through comprehensive distribution centres and robust risk management solutions, we are supplying nutritious, high-quality rice that meets both national priorities and international standards to our customers nationwide.
Fortified and RSPO Certified Edible Oils
With strategic logistic locations at the port of Maputo and Beira, we are enabling effective distribution across the entire country. This network ensures that our fortified oil brands- Dona, Sunseed, Sabor, are accessible throughout Mozambique, from major urban centres to more remote areas. Additionally, our soap brands, Crystal and Bingo, byproducts of our edible oil processing, are also widely available.
We’re promoting sustainable palm oil production with RSPO certification and ensuring food safety with ISO 22000:2018 certification. Our Fasorel edible oil factories both in south and central Mozambique have achieved RSPO certification and ISO 22000:2018 certification, underscoring our commitment to sustainable and safe food production practices.
Supporting Local Communities
We’re supporting local communities through monthly donations of food baskets to Maluana Orphanage, aiding over 300 vulnerable children. This initiative ensures their nutritional needs are met, supporting their overall development and educational pursuits.
